I bought Magico M3 shortly after they first came out. If I were to buy M3 today I would be paying double that. I'm very happy about that. My only regret is I didn't buy two pairs.

I bought Magico A3 and Bladelius ASK as a simple system for my mum. But she didn't want it so I kept it.

I've dialed down the Class A bias on ASK from high to low. The chassis temperature has gone from too hot to touch, to comfortably warm to touch. I'm going to keep it there, especially with summer just around the corner.

That sounds like a deal too good to be true, but I'm sure it is true. I would be jumping all over it if I could.

Unfortunately I won't be listening to Spotify on Playstation 3 any more. Spotify is now kaput on that platform. Too bad, PS3 was a pretty good Spotify streaming platform.

I think there is a translation from Japanese mis-understanding of that part of the manual. I had a support issue with my D1X and clocking and the reply came back from Esoteric factory that if you clock the DAC but not the source then the last data...

D1X does not behave like that, and it says so in the owners manual. What i said I should qualify with that.

Aurender ACS10 does not have CLOCK input. And just to be clear about using external clock with Esoteric. If the source is connected via USB the Esoteric does not use the external clock reference and its CLOCK light will be green (instead of blue).

Makes me wonder if S3 makes M2 serve no purpose any more.

Not much owner reporting of this amp on the internet. I'm considering buying a pair. Dealer says it's a good match for Magico M3. Of course he would say that! But he's been right on the money for everything else I've bought from him.

Yep, Swedish. Build quality of the unit is very good and the aesthetics are pleasing, but the volume knob looks a bit unconventional. The remote control is plastic rubbish, lucky I only use it for volume control. The ASK owners manual is very basic...

The speaker cables hanging off the back of S3...I know what they are....I didn't know you had them. They look very long, probably worth almost as much as the speakers.
