You had opportunity to listen Wilson with VAC? how was that combo? I have never seen Wilson pairing with VAC at any shows or Wilson owners using this combo. Also What was difference between Boulder vs. Dag with Wilson?

You are correct Mike. Too many owners stuck in past and refused to change their business models. I often visit different high end audio forums and blogs and nowdays there is hardly mention of US brands such as Avalon Acoustics, Spectral, Ayre Acoustics, Eggleston works, Conrad Johnson, Joseph...

I was in best buy last weekend and they had two stereo rooms offering entry level B&W, KEF, Martin Logan speakers and some Denon, Marantz receivers. No Mcintosh in display at all. Why Mcintosh even bothered to going into Magnolia at first place? Hope Bose pulls them out of this mess completely.
