Yeah. Btw the factory reset is not in the user manual. Initially ChatGPT helped with some diagnostics but never mentioned a reset. Now it says it never recommended it because it was not in the manual and hence was not recommended for the normal user.

Just ordered a 2 outlet SurgeX. Yes pricey as hell $600 with tax. But only spent $75 to fix the McIntosh, so I suppose I will take it :)

Tom, that worked. Tech performed the reset and it's back to normal. Appreciate the help. Just cost me $75.00 to fix it. Also wanted to thank everyone here for the overwhelming interest, feedback and support.
