Magico Event - Saturday April 8th - 1pm - 4pm

Mike
You there seems to be some incongruity between the two open pages in the magazine shot!!

Sounds as if you have put on another fine event at your store. Congratulations.

I know! I saw that and laughed out loud.

Thanks. It was a great time. ~40 in attendance.

I'm only addressing the name use in my post. If they show the M 1 or M7 in Munich, sooner or later , the M5 will follow.
I see where you're coming from now. I completely agree with your above comment. I just think Alon will want to wait a bit longer to protect M Pro owner's investment and faith in the company by delaying an M5 for a while longer.

Is this Wilson troll will continue to tarnish every Magico thread running? What do we do? Ignore him? Start another useless sludge fight??
Give him a taste of his medicine on the Wilson forum??? The poor guy, obviously, can’t help himself...

So, I state a fact that there already is a Magico M5, and I'm a Wilson troll....LOL

Guess you can't handle the truth.

Once again as I have posted on this forum, I don't own Wilson or Magico speakers.

BTW, there's a pair Magico M5s for sale on Agon:

Mike, do you think a floor standing M1 or stand mount M1 is more likely? Could be called the M Mini, curved baffle, curved sides, on a stand just like the Mini 2.

Ah ok, I see where you're coming from. I completely agree with your above comment. I just think Alon will want to wait a bit longer to protect M Pro owner's investment and faith in the company by delaying an M5 for a while longer.

Ha ..! You hope ,

Peter was talking and explaining the Mk2 as fast as he could , in case MK3 was unexpectedly announced....

:)

422 posts and you don’t even have a stereo system?? Sure...
Mike asked what speakers I had, not what my system is, but I guess you have a reading problem.

Note to Mike, please ask LVB to stop his personal attacks.

Just pointing out to the oddities of your posts. Nothing personal, jap :disbelief:

The only "oddities" are your failures to ID your system.

I suggest you look at the Magico threads I've started.

As per my PM, I really don't care what you think about anything I've posted on this forum.

157 posts, and where can anyone find information about your system?

Settle down chaps! It's just audio, not like solving global warming  ...
Mike, can you post some more photos from the fabulous Magico night, including the yummy food you put on?! :satisfying:

Great event Mike. Enjoyed talking with Peter and learning so much about the Magico speaker history, construction and design philosophy. I had no idea even though I'm an owner.
Peter also reinforced the importance of PRECISE speaker placement. I was from the close enough, looks about right school of thought ! On my way home I stopped at Home Depot and purchased a Laser measuring device and a bubble level. Found out that I was off by quite a bit. The sound qc went up a notch or 2 implementing his sugestion.
Thanks for hosting this really really nice event and the delicious goodies were the icing on the cake literally!
Thanks for sharing your impressions of the Magico night Dguitarnut. Peter Mackay is a super nice guy & very knowledgeable. Would you mind sharing some more of the insights you picked up from Peter?
