Ok, trust you guys are enjoying dinner, how did the day go?

What were some of the questions the Sharks asked?

Photos?

More eloquent people than I will provide the details. Cliff Notes: huge soundstage. Dense palpable trebles. All the tight bass a human could need. Fast attack on all percussive instruments. Spooky vocals they are so authentic. Can't wait till I get mine. I would have carried a pair on my back all the way to Florida if they would have let me. Props to Mike for setting all this up.

Big thanks to Mike and our lovely hosts Alon and the Magico team. Jealous for such an optimized listening room. 24x33 with13.5 high ceiling. Speakers were about 12-13 ft. Apart. ASC did all the custom wall and ceiling panels. Floating floor with I believe a five layer 12 inch insulated walls. Had both digital and vinyl and two 15 inch dual push pull subs that were intermittently activated. For me the softer lower volume songs really spoke to me. The sense of room holographic imaging was awesome when subs were active even when I stood up. The tour of factory really revealed how high tech and high quality the parts utilized. M3 will be a great addition for a lucky few. Weight is high but foot print is very manageable. Magico is a class operation. Sincere thanks

Ok guys, so what was used to drive the M3's? What was used in for the:

1. Electronics preamp and amps?
2. DAC?
3. Cabling?
4. Any power conditioning?
5. Music Server?

Or other such details?

For me, the bass is out of this world, with or without Q Sub (crossed over at 40Hz). Especially when Alon played the "fun" song with female vocal. A couple of guys asked the song's name but I couldn't recall now. The sealed bass in that spooky room is something I've never heard of somewhere else. Fast, tight, natural and spooky real. Alon mentioned you can't hear the room gain above 45Hz in their room.

Mini2 history and how it became Magico is a great story. All in all it's a world class operation with sole focus on the best quality.

Thanks Mike for arranging all this. Sorry I had to leave early.

Mike, did you have a chance to ask Alon on his philosophy regarding sealed and ported designs?
