    He really made them sound power hungry.

    Unless he left out some break in info I wonder if he gave them enough time. The review must have been in the can for a while, no mention of the A5.

    I also recommend paying a bit of attention to the amplifier's drive capability to ensure one brings out the full potential of Magico speakers. Some speakers are just fine with whatever 8 ohm rated amplifier that meets your SPL requirements. Some speakers need extreme drive capability because their impedance drops very low and/or their phase is all over the place. I place Magico speakers in-between the two ends of that spectrum.
