issue: remote control intermittently fails to adjust volume on unit. all other features on remote work properly. knob on chassis adjusts volume properly and without sticking or any obstruction. but remote fails to adjust volume knob occasionally. notably, after manually rotating volume knob on chassis several times in both directions, then the remote will adjust volume properly for a few weeks before intermittent failures.
