The RRP price in Australia has been released as AUD $14,900, which translates to USD $10,700. Of course prices vary from country to country, but looks like Mike was on the ball with his estimate.

This is designed to compete with the N-05XD's of the world... where people want a quality streamer, DAC and preamp all in one with analog/digital inputs and outputs. Not very hard to comprehend

Does this transcode atmos or just literally a passthru. I still get get confused with all those HT options. I only have 2.0 HT but could possibly do 3.1.

P1 does not decode any Dolby format. At best it passes through the audio only.

I upgraded the power supply on my Gigafoil v4 to a Weiss PSU 102. It’s very nice step up. But with the new model, you’re looking at $2000 before even investing in a SOTA linear power supply.
