    7.1.0 issue

Tonight Lumin updated to 7.1.0, and I started listening to a playlist on the X1. In less than an hour two loud pops have occurred with the right channel. This has never happened before the update to 7.1.0.

    Re: 7.1.0 issue

    Please power cycle the X1.

Lumin app update is independent from the actual playback. Please identify if the pop comes from the same music, and play different tracks. You may also swipe away Lumin app, or better yet, power off the iPad (after the playlist is started) while listening for pop.

    Re: 7.1.0 issue

In the last two hours it hasn’t happened. It’s been playing fine, and I will continue testing for at least another two hours. The upgrade seems fine on my iPad Mini, but the display is getting cluttered.

Not long after posting, the distortion occurred. I power cycled the Lumin, and so far so good.

Please make sure you set Re-sampling to Off. And observe whether the distortion is restricted to specific track(s).

I assume this is for Analog Audio Re-sampling, and it is Off. Let’s see how it goes with 7.1.1.

Peter..I opened my Lumin app tonight on my iPad and selected Tidal icon. When I selected an album to play and tried to select a track to play the entire album appears in the playlist. It does this. with all albums. when I trash the album and select another it does the same thing. I have reloaded the app and refreshed the iPad but to no avail. My regular hard drive albums do not do this..thaoughts..

In Lumin app please set "Add Album to Playlist" to OFF from Full or Auto.

After 6 hours, everything is fine. 7.1.1 appears better.
