    Hello From Key West!

    Hi guys -

    I've tried to be an audiophile, but I still can't afford it.

    My current system is rather simple:

    * Sony BioTracer, to -
    * Rega Fono MKIII -
    * Emotiva XMC-1 -
    * Magnepan 1.7i
    * SVS PC 4000 (x2) for front sub-bass
    * Earthquake MKV15 for rear bass
    * Magnepan CC5 center,
    * Magnepan MMGW surrounds,
    * Magnepan .7 Rear.
    * Powered by Sunfire amplification.

    Greetings, and nice stereo. Many years ago I was stationed at the Boca Chica Naval Air Station, and loved the area. I was diving all the time. Enjoy the music.

    Yes you can and you have. If you care about listening to music as well as you can arrange, if you think carefully about your gear purchases and follow-through, if you setup your system to get maximum enjoyment out of it, and if you post here at the Forum: You're an Audiophile.

    Nice! A far cry from the days when I lived on Stock Island back in the late 1970s. On the other hand, I had the best rockin' single-wide in Rolf's Trailer Park with my Altec 891A's, a Sony integrated amp, an AR-XA turntable, and central air conditioning. Always a great time.
