Ciao from Dallas
Love high end audio - space restrictions have me decidedly small scale and budget at the moment - hope that changes soon..have a great weekend

Ciao from Dallas
Thanks for the kind welcome..been lurking for a while.
It’s interesting listening on this system. .got spoiled in the nearfield listening environment with more real estate and higher level dac’s and monitors. Interesting that after a remodel..I end up with with less space to settle in..lol..compromises i guess...
Anyway..if i just listen and “try” to stop myself from comparing - these little A2s and the modi sound pretty decent. Been listening to Krall/Queen/Daftpunk/Miles and a bunch of other stuff. The modi is clean ...They are not accurate..but imo..they do have nice stereo imaging / fairly clean and pleasing sounding highs.. need to be kept at reasonable levels or they fall apart..but for a 6 inch speaker with an and under 3 inch woofer..what can you expect?..any how..
will call it small but mighty .. thanks again..learn a lot around here

Re: Ciao from Dallas
I like your headphone set-up. It looks like it gets some serious use. I have a set coming - Focal Utopia with a Pass Labs HPA-1 amp. I use to have a set of Grados, but that was sometime back. I've used a friend's Senn 800s, HiFiMan Susvara, and Abyss 1266. The Susvara is tough to beat IMO.
