Yes and it represents a fantastic value with the built-in DAC. Plenty of power on tap, great sounding internal DAC (which does MQA) and will soon do Roon.
 
If the h390 was out at the same time as the h360 I probably would have picked it just for the mqa capability. I would think a Hegel customer would be into digital playback and while my 360 was like turning the lights on compared to what I was using the h390 has even more resolution in the upper fq's.
 
How would this amplifier compare to something like Pass Labs INT-60 or Luxman L-509X? Anyone here compared H390 to these or other integrated amps up to about $10k?

You’ll have to come to my store and listen for yourself. They are all excellent, but different. The pass is warmer, the Luxman is sweeter and the Hegel is more linear and neutral.

If I were ever in FL I’d have to take you up on that. Always curious about others in the price range. H390 provides such value with features being an all in one solution. And great for my wife to operate. On top of that, a great sound to my ears and performance to my requirements.
 
Hello Mike. I know its an old thread. I just purchased Lumin U1 mini and Hegel H390. Just want to ask which connection is best for SQ reproduction, USB or COAX RCA?

I would go USB. Add a Shunyata Alpha USB cable.

The Shunyata Alpha USB cable was one of the most significant single wire I have added to my system. It’s impact still impresses me. It’s like a component upgrade. And well worth what most might think is a bit expensive for just a USB cable.
