What was in your Smoothie today?
We mix it up depending on what we have at the moment, but for the most part they include the following:
Stoneyfield non fat yougurt
Fresh Lemon
Frozen Blueberries (we pick clean and freeze 30-40 lbs per year)
Frozen Bananas
Aloe
Flax Seeds
Carrots or Carrot juice
Coconut Oil
Cayenne Pepper flakes (our own dried and crushed)
Spinache
Kale

Re: What was in your Smoothie today?
I agree.been drinking raw milk the last 5 years too.My medical family all assure me i am going to die a horrible death from it, but, i feel real good.
I also add a raw free range egg for protein after a 50 mile bike ride.

Re: What was in your Smoothie today?
Yes, we do get the raw milk from time to time, but it is really expensive. We do buy our milk from a local dairy farm a few miles away.
All our eggs come from a local farm in my own neighborhood. Nothing like those dark orange yolks and hard shells from properly fed hens.-----------------

Pretty much the same as most. Spinach, Kale & Broccoli are always in the mix along with the berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, boysenberries etc. Like to throw in an advocate & some organic coffee flavoured protein powder. Everynow & then Manuka Honey etc. etc.
