    Coconut oil, good or fad?

What is everyones opinion on coconut oil. Try poaching your eggs with a good dollop of coconut oil added, works great. My avatar likes coconut oil!

We don't poach eggs, just baste them with a splash of water and a lid over the pan. How do you poach with coconut oil?

    Coconut Oil rocks.

Try oil pulling with it too...great for dental health and killing those pesky buccal bacteria linked to heart disease.

I used to use chap stick chronically, all day long. Now, I just use some coconut oil, once in the morning and once before bed and dry lips are a thing of the past for me.

MCT oil is great. Just don’t use too much of it starting off - maybe just a 1/2 teaspoon in your coffee for the first few weeks or so....

We like the Brain Octane MCT Oil, but there are many good brands out there.
