    Harbeth C7XD blew me away

Right out of the box it just blew me away. This is my 10’s pair of Harbeth. The C7 always had a soft spot in my heart but the resonate sound and roll off on high was only problem and now they fixed and completed them. I’m so impressed.

Pair them with Luxman 590axii with Lampi dac. Omg.

    Hello Paul,

    Congrats !
I am very amazed that with the big Avant Garde speakers you still « need » to discover new sounds. That is awesome.

Paul, congratulations! Second, glad to hear they fixed the excess resonance and rolled off highs in the C7 for the XD line. Looking forward to hearing them. We haven’t ordered a pair yet, but based on your enthusiasm, we just might!

Re: Harbeth C7XD blew me away

I'm debating if a great next move for me would be to trade my C7es2's for a pair of XD. On thing that slows me down is mine are eucalyptus and really beautiful...

Paul, I need up with almost exactly the system you suggested and I am amazed, but I can't seem to add a picture. Instead of XD, I have the 40th Anniversary and dCS instead of Lampizator...
