This morning at 5:30am Mama Deer decided to have her babies in our yard. These pics is about 1 hour after birth.

Happy Mothers Day. Wish mine was still here. Lost her 8 years ago to brain cancer at the hands of a heartless, cruel Ontario Government.

You don't realize how small the fawns are until you see them in person. I have watched them walk through 6"' x 6" openings in a wire fence.
