Thanks guys! I'm really enjoying this new chapter in my life. I had a fun time working with the great folks at Lumin the past two years, so I decided to expand a little. It's a lot of work and a significant investment, but I'm having a great time. I've had tremendous support and encouragement from great guys like Mark (MDP), Joe (joeinid), Bruce (BruceLet), Jock (The Professor), David Baskin, Mark Jones, Paul (the audiophile formerly known as BlueMcIntosh), Doug (dlb2), Allen (socfan12), David (golucid) and so many others!

Ok people, here's the difference between Mike and a lot of other people.
Mike is a dealer that also owns a audio website. But Mike welcomes all other dealers and audio manufacturers. For most people that would be a conflict of interest, but not him.
Mike does all of this because he has a love of our hobby. He knows he will never get rich doing this. He does this for all the right reasons.

I already noticed that your list with industry affiliation was growing but now it seems that every time you test new gear you obtain the dealership. I can imagine the manufacturers want that as you are one of the best individuals to promote a brand.
You already have an impressive list with brands. By the way a lot of streaming solutions. How do you select which streaming solution is the best? Lumia, Aurender, T+A, Devialet, Aria.... By the way I think Auralic is missing. I can imagine that new Aries mini is a blockbuster.Hans

Thank you. I like to play with them all because they are always changing. My Lumin is still by go-to daily listener. I put it on, leave it on, and enjoy it all day - especially now with the Lumin Tidal integration. I'm just getting into using the Aurender (mine arrived last night) and play with that on the Lampi, T+A, Devialet, etc. for a different flavor. I like the variety and watching as each one improves along the way. That's the great thing about a lot of these products, they just keep getting better with firmware upgrades, iPad app upgrades, etc. Originally Posted by Glareskin

this is a great post Mark. Since joining last summer, mike has been a fountain of experience, and brutally honest with his opinion...even if it resulted in NOT making a buck. Now that he's a dealer for many lines he still gives me the same honest opinion even if it's for something he may not carry. His passion for audio has been very apparent. Well, I want to share an experience about possible break-in... I have my k03-xd for about 1 year now and recently got into playing a lot of CDs (incl. SACD) which I might have done about 50 times...
