Suncoast Audio on Selling Luxury Hi-Fi - SoundStage! Talks (November 2020)

I usually get bored during these longish video interviews and make an early exit, but I watched all 18+ minutes of this one and it was fascinating. The things Mike talked about during the interview are exactly what makes Suncoast Audio different from other dealers. Well done.

I also did see the interview and i think it was great , and the whole idea on doing interview that way instead of an written article is really good as you get things you dont do in a written article.

Its obvious listening to Mike that he's been part of successful enterprises in his previous work life. I sell for a living and I can I.D. the pros from the also-rans very quickly. Mike and Suncoast are far from being the latter and will be around for a long time. Mike, congrats on running a great business.
 
Nice! I enjoyed the interview. Mike's philosophy of being an advocate for the client is exactly the model that succeeds long term.
 
It's been a pleasure dealing with Mike. The best part of it is he COMMUNICATES. He once replied to an eMail from me while he was waiting for a flight back from Europe.

Thanks for the kind words guys. It was a pleasure to speak with Jeff the other day. I’ve admired his efforts and contributions to high end for a long time. I hope I was able to portray some insights into the luxury buyer. Funny enough, we had a lovely couple in the store this week. They want a high end system, but the speakers had to be white to match their decor.
