On Saturday we moved home after an 18 month renovation that amounted to a demolition/rebuild. My listening area is still in a central area of the home, so I can use the system without isolating myself. There are several rooms that could be dedicated to audio when the children are grown. The sound quality is much better, but the room is too live. I need treatment and a good rug. But the higher ceilings and the greater space for the Magicos to breath has produced a deep sonic image that I am finding very immersive. My dealer Mark Jones has me experimenting with pretty extreme toe-in. So far, I am a convert.

Someone told me that you could play around with the bias on those BK amps to get more or less watts in Class A vs Class AB. Also they said that bigger/better power input caps could make a huge improvement. Have you tried any of that, or maybe you don't like tweaking anyway.

I wouldn't know where to start. But you have my attention! Since buying them three years ago, I have been very happy with the amps.
