    Lyn Stanley's Son

I do not know what has happened but I just heard from Lyn Stanley that her youngest son has passed suddenly .

Please keep her and her family in your prayers.

For those not familiar with Lyn, she is an independent jazz vocalist who won jazz vocal artist of the year a year ago. She finances every aspect of her albums from start to finish on her own. Her eighth album is about to be released, Live From Studio A. She specializes in audiophile recordings created for best possible sound quality, working hand in hand with Bernie Grundman on all of her projects.

A very sad day for Lyn and her family and for all of us who care deeply about all things music.

Randy, this is heartbreaking news. Please send my deepest condolences to Lyn and her family if you are in contact with her. I had a wonderful lunch with Lyn at Axpona a couple years ago. She is a remarkable woman.

Really bad news... I´m very sorry for her loss.

I have 3 of their vinlys they are really wonderfull and the sound is incredible.

Sometime ago I was in contact with her to buy another one (you know that from Buenos Aires is a bit difficult to receive international post dispatch) a really nice person.

    Re: Lyn Stanley's Son

She told me this morning that all the prayers and good feelings are going to be very important in helping her and her family get through this. Please continue praying for her. I cannot even imagine how hard such a thing would be. Obviously it is a very difficult time for her .
