Kurt Cochran Killed in London Terror attack

Kurt Cochran, 54, owner of Onion Street Studio in Bountiful, Utah, was among the four people killed in the attack by Khalid Masood, who ran down pedestrians on Westminster Bridge before crashing his car into a gate outside of parliament.
