Considering 3 different amps to upgrade.

Right now I have a SimAudio 390 preamp dac streamer and I am using a SimAudio 330a as my amp. Feeding into Wilson Watt Puppy 7’s I’m looking to upgrade my amp. 3 amps that I am considering are the Mark Levinson 534, the SimAudio 860a and also the
PS Audio BKH 250. I missed out on a 534 a few weeks ago that was a real good deal at $8,000. I really should have jumped on it. I can’t find a
SimAudio 860a for under $12,000 and that is to steep for me. On the other hand the BKH seems very attractive with a $7,500 price tag along with giving me $2,000 plus for my 330a. I have had a ton of there power plants that I have been thrilled with so I’m considering there product. There amp is actually a hybrid. Anybody have any thoughts, I’m thinking that I might be waiting practically forever for another Levinson 534 to come on the market for anywhere that price, that would be my first choice though.
Mark Levinson 5101 streamer, dac sacd player feeding into a Levinson 585 integrated amp using Kimber Kable silver streak XLR cables. Along with Legacy Focus SE speakers using Kimber Kable BiFocal speaker cables and Its all plugged into a P.S. Audio Direct Stream Power Plant 15.
That’s the system the I have upstairs, now here is my system downstairs.
SimAudio 390 preamp dac streamer connected to a SimAudio 330a power amp again using Kimber Kable silver streak XLR cables. Also an
Oppo BDP-105d player. The are feeding into my Wilson Watt Puppy 7’s via Kimber Kable Monocle speaker cables and they are all powered by a PS Audio Direct Stream Power Plant 12.
2 separate systems so totally different but both so pleasing I’m really not sure on any given day which I prefer

You may want to broaden your search. Take a look at the Pass X250.8 ($10k) or the new Classe Delta Stereo ($13k). We sell both and those are very strong offerings in the $10k ish range.

Gary, what is it about your 300a you find lacking ? It appears to be a fine amp that doubles down(stable) and unless your listening tastes are of high spl's what would you expect to gain ?
    Cheers ! …. Dave

I do really love the 330a but I would like a little more kick in the bottom end. I’m really not a big fan of Classe but maybe I’ll take a look at the Pass x250.8. Thanks for the idea.

there is an simaudio Evolution 860a on audiogon for $11,000, ex demo, might be able to get them down a bit, should have good synergy with your pre-amp, 225w doubling to 450 into 4ohm, if not why don't you get another 300a, and you can bridge them,
