    Re: Clearaudio Statement Phono

Haven't heard the CA Statement Phono, would this also function as the preamp?

My favorite phono stage is Zesto Audio Andros Deluxe, FWIW...

Thanks, I'll review this. More than likely I will go with Pass Labs for system synergy with the amps. But I desire to be sure before ... So, I'm checking out the options.

Many thanks. I hadn't seen this. I was checking out the Clearaudio in part because their Master Innovation TT was recommended. But this link will be extremely helpful. Again many thanks.

and, for the sake of completeness see this companion thread -- also some great phono amp suggestion for those with more modest system requirement and/or depleted audio slush funds.

This one looks great, but I agree with you on system synergy. If you do decided to stay with the Pass I would definitely have the Pass about on top of my list. I believe system synergy probably makes more of a difference then which particular component might be better than another brand.

This thread was most helpful and enlightening to me. I was particularly happy when I found one that was on my short list for a great trade/deal!!!

Thanks. I was thinking if I purchased the Clearaudio Master Innovation TT then there should be good synergy with the Clearaudio Statement Phono. But the Pass XP-27 and the XS remains at the very top of my list.

But though I plan on getting a new rack, space is a problem. So, I'm exploring options ... I have a rack height obstacle to deal with... Right now the rack manufacturer that I desire is stating I need to add app 4" to the height of each piece of equipment. So, I'm looking at other racks ... a list I already have...
