Shunyata Cable Cradle Wall Plates also work very well. They do not lock but they do provide great support for two cables per outlet. I use three in my two systems.

I've tried those and while they are are much better than no strain relief, as you point out, they do not lock the PC into the wall outlet. In my experience, the heavier the PC, the more likely they are to droop with the Cable Cradle.
This happens with the Shunyata Everest I use (same cable cradle design as the wall plate version). Wish I could retrofit the Block C-Lock on the Everest.Preamp; WestminsterLab Quest with w/ Audioquest Dragon source PC (C15)
