On a somewhat peripheral note Amazon has their 10.1” Fire tablets on sale for $75. These make great Roon controllers and the Roon app is in the Amazon Appstore so it’s an easy setup. I bought two.

I've never thought of using the Amazon tablets for stuff like that. Do they work well?
I wanted a dedicated iPad to use as my streaming / App HQ when I got the Rose recently so I took off all the apps on my 2018 iPad Pro to use strictly for that and used that as an excuse to get a new iPad Air that was on sale for normal daily use.

The Amazon Fire tablets work just fine as Roon remotes. They are thin, lightweight, and have good displays.
