Advice Needed; Axpona in one day

So, will have just one day. Any generalizations on the physical orientation and how to plan an efficient but unhurried day?
Not searching for any individual components, just want a good general experience.
    Thanks!

    Suggestions:
    1. Buy ticket online
    2. Be there before it opens the doors
    3. Start at top floor. Take the elevator all the way up.
    4. Take stairs down stopping at every floor
    5. Try to go the first day it opens (Friday?) because it is less busy than Saturday or Sunday.

Don't listen to a sales pitch just to be nice. Listen only if YOU are interested. Don't be rude but also keep yourself moving. Don't feel guilty getting up in the middle of a demonstration (mid song even) if you're not interested or have heard enough.

I will do a quick run through sticking my head into each room identifying the rooms I want to listen to pr have questions about. Take notes of those rooms. Take a break, lunch or a drink or three, regroup and then go back to only the rooms you want to listen to. This way you won't miss something you really want to see. It's real easy to miss 1/2 the show if you spend too much time in each room.

I would hit the big rooms on bottom first, that's where some of the big systems are, then start at top down. It is also worth while checking the exhibit list to see if anything is there you for sure want to see. Some of the big systems are on the top floors as well.

I suggest attending the Quintessence Audio rooms on the ground floor, for sure. They will be presenting terrific groupings of wonderful equipment.

I agree the big rooms near the entry of the hotel and the others on the convention side first. Usually easier to get in the rooms due to their size. Then pick and choose specific rooms of interest.
