    Having trouble quoting with Chrome

I use Chrome on both a Mac (home) and Windows (work) system and am having problems quoting responses on posts. Basically the space bar doesn't work so I can't form sentences.

This just started a week ago - any other users having this issue?

    Thanks,

Same here, it works fine in the Quick Reply window but the space bar doesn't function in other replies. Seems to be a forum software issue since it's been reported elsewhere.

Re: Having trouble quoting with Chrome

I have found that when this occurs, if I post my response above the quoted item rather than below it, the space bar works.

Hey, that really works! Thanks for the easy workaround which never would have occurred to me.

Re: Having trouble quoting with Chrome

Keith.......I use Chrome, too. I have the same space bar issue when I try to post after a Quote. I discovered if you type one word, then press the Enter key to go to the next line the space bar becomes active again. I'll type one word, press the Enter key to go to the next line and type my post, then go back and delete the word on the first line. Works like a champ.

Alright, I don't know how you guys come up with these workarounds but you inspired me. I found that you don't even have to type a word, but that if you just hit the Enter key to go to a new line the space bar is then active.
