    sopra colors

    does anyone know when focal stopped offering red as a color option? for some reason focal refuses to tell me

    Red had terrible sell through.

    We can still get Orange.

    Not sure. If you wanted red, should have bought when they had loads of them. We see this all the time. Stuff is available and sitting there and the minute it’s discontinued everyone wants it. LOL.

    Don't know if this will be specifically helpful, but I'll offer it as a data point. My white Sopra 3's are 2017 vintage, but red was definitely still available at the time. When we bought a set of Kanta 3's for a different system in mid-2020, the colors were much more limited. We managed to get a pair in the pale blue we were after, but it was one of the last sets available. I remember looking back at the Sopra page on Focal's website at the time, and those were down to the more limited palette of colors available today. So I'm speculating that 2019 is probably the upper limit on the bolder colors in the Sopra line.
