I am the recent second owner of a MA-1. The remote looked unused but failed shortly after I started using it.
I contacted Meitner customer support over the Christmas. Susan Meitner responded within 24 hours to say no one available until the 4th January.
Notified yesterday a replacement is being sent out from Canada.

Well done Meitner!
