BBQ Brisket Anyone?
Developing a nice bark on it, don't ya think? My friends come to my BBQ's because I'm such a fun guy? Right?

My mom used brisket for pot roast. Done right that way it is as good as that one looks. Yes I know that is a tall claim, but true never the less..

I think it's Gourmet Chef. I bought it at Barbecues Galore a few years back. Very heavy, holds the heat pretty well, but a PITA to move around. I just got a new Weber Performer Platinum grill yesterday. It's my second, the bowl was burned out in my old one which I got about 18 years ago or there abouts.
