Recently I noticed when I open Conductor Tidal is not showing as an option. If I go into settings check streaming options then close settings Tidal will then appear where it normally shows.

Anyone else havin this issue? I think it may have started after last recent update but not positive. I also updated to IOS 14.5, I'm pretty sure the issue arose before that.

I had a similar problem with Qobuz a few months back. If I stayed on the opening screen it took app 3 minutes for Qobuz to load. I did some testing and reduced my playlists from app. 500 songs to 300 songs. This sped things up but Qobuz still took 30 seconds to load.

I contacted Ari. They did a lot of testing - weeks, months. They recently did an update that fixed the issue for me. Qobuz now opens immediately like it use to do.

Your issue may or may not be related to my issue seeing you are having troubles with Tidal, not Qobuz.

Hadn't noticed it, but now that I'm looking on purpose... Yes, I see the same thing. The Tidal icon doesn't load like it usually does. Like you mentioned, going to the Streaming Services page and back to the main interface caused Tidal to pop up. I'm on iPad app version 3.13.30 (released by Aurender 4 days ago). I noticed that I'm also due to update the Aurender system software to the latest version (is 5.21.272, should be 5.21.309). I'll do the update and see if that changes anything.

Edit/Update:
After updating the system software I still get the Tidal bug in the Conductor app. I found that selecting any other source (internet radio, spotify, etc) makes the Tidal icon appear and work, so that's at least one path that doesn't require visiting the Settings tab. My wife said she's noticed this for the past several days, so perhaps it's related to the app update that pushed over the weekend?
