    Is this something used to connect music to a Lumin X1 via the network? If so then it’s another reason to use a direct attached hard drive.

    I dont believe a NAS is any more complicated then an attached HD. In fact, you could experience more problems with a directly attached HD then you will over the network. Keep in mind that all Lumins are optimized to work best via network, this is why they built the L1.
