    Congrats. I love mine.

I can't tell you why, however, my experience a upgrade USB cable will improve sound even more. Mike may have a recommendation, I'm using Audioquest Diamond.

I just spoke with Mike about this same AURENDER just a few days ago. It is for sure on my short list but I'm still trying to figure out what I really need and/or want. Mike answered all of my questions but I know so little about this subject I really didn't know what to ask. I believe the most intelligent question I asked was " when is my XA25 coming in?" Congrats guys, it appears to be a great piece.

I have a Wireworld Starlight Platinum USB cable. Has performed very good with my previous music server.

    Re: Aurender ACS10

I was/am a novice myself, the ACS10 is the deal for us. You connect it to the internet via Ethernet, connect he ACS10 to a DAC via USB, Aurender has an app you download to tablet or phone, you log into your music streaming service through the app, if you have a subscription to one. The ACS10 has a built in hard drive, just drop your CD into the tray and itautomatically rips it and retrieves the information for the CD, I confess some of that info may need to be corrected via the app , I haven'tquite got that down yet. A main screen on the app allows you to select the HD, music service or internet radio. I have not explored the radio aspect much. The same screen will list music options, Aurender will list your CD's ripped by song, album or artist, I use Tidal, the app will list the same in addition to playlists or genre. There's a search function for music whether hard drive or music service. You can select songs or play full albums. You cannot play an actual disc from the tray, only rips from the HD.

This may be stuff you knew already, I just feel if I can do it anyone should be able to. The ACS10 has worked flawlessly, any issues I've had came down to my own technical ignorance, however Aurender support has been good. Also, I am pretty much sightless so trying to resolve or find something by running your finger over the screen can be fun.

What I am trying to say if wanting your CD's on HD and stream a product like the ACS10 is a dream for anyone but especially a novice.
