I didn't leave "conveniently" leave out "store or showroom." We all agree hearing gear in your own system prior to purchase would be optimum. Getting a dealer to let you borrow gear is another kettle of fish unless you have a very established relationship.
Who makes Classe' now. It used to be made in Quebec if I'm not mistaking.

Sorry, I do not agree at all. In YOUR store, I agree, but in 90% of the others - no way.
IMO, of course.
It’s a much longer discussion. Local customers, no problem. Out of state loaners, we have seen so much abuse, I could write a novel.

IMO, they should have been grateful at a minimum.
