    Ortofon 2M Red upgrade?

    HI Guys,

    I'm new.

I'd like your thoughts on a decent MM cart in the $300-$600 range.

I found this AT cart and I like it so far, but I have nothing to compare it to other than my 2M Red.

I bought it from Amazon, so I have 30 days to return it if I'm convinced of something better.

What are your thoughts on this one?

I have a 2M Red, I also purchased the Blue Stylus. I previously owned the 2M Bronze and Black. I picked up an Audio Technica VM740 ML to replace it on my secondary table. I like the AT a lot more. They have always been one of my favorites!

What AT cart is that .?? Edit , reading it off the cart .....

I have a Rega MC cartridge (Ania Pro) on the Rega RP8 table...

Back in the day Grace was far and away my favorite (too bad Grace is long gone), but my second favorite was always Signet, which was AT's boutique line. The current 700 series AT reminds me of Signet!
