    Stealth Audio Dream 20-20

When size matters -Stealth Audio Dream 20-20 - one of the most intriguing power cable. At first glance, the sound is a bit dim and withdrawn, but after a while you find that it has incredible coherence and resolution.

    Re: Stealth Audio Dream 20-20

Thanks for sharing. I had the good fortune to experience of trying a well used dream 20-20, it was good, but then i tried the Cloude Grande Copper (CG - Cu) - holy $hit. I also tried the Cloude Grande silver (CG - Ag), the top the range stealth power cord. You have be a bit careful with the CG - Silver. A tad lean and thin if not applied in the right place (yes highly detailed) But the CG - copper is fantastic, universal appeal/application. Sorry to say it blows the Dream 20-20 out of the water, if funds allow (or save up) and get the Cloude Grande - Cu. Absolutely Fab !

The dealer said everyone who has tried the CG - Cu and CG - Ag, 99% have chosen the CG - Cu, only one person went for the CG - Ag.

I ended up purchasing the CG - Cu, absolutely love it.

    Re: Stealth Audio Dream 20-20

    Hi Jambo,

having a Dream 20-20 feeding my amp (MSB S202) and a new ULTRA Ethernet cable (thank to Michael advise), I’m going to full loom Stealth during next months.

I sent a few emails to Serguei, asking for suggestions about the recommended model for each of my component: MSB DAC, Innuos Statement Next Gen server/streamer and Innuos PhoenixNET switch. It means that my initial step is digital rig. Still waiting for his answers since mid December.

The Dream 20-20 is intended for amps or power conditioners, so I’m trying to understand which would be the right power cord between:
= Cloude Grande Copper (I’m incline to try with the DAC)
    - Dream V18 UNI vs Dream V18 UNI Special Edition (no infos available on Stealth site)
    - Dream V18 UNI vs specific Dream V18 Digital (having just digital gear to be used with - if the DAC should be considered “digital” by Stealth cable perspective).

My dealer is suggesting going Dream V18 UNI because it should be easier reselling them in future. On the above mentioned question, the dealer asked Serguei more advice but it seems he can’t answer to him, like he can’t answer to my emails. Mah! It seems that also a new UNI Cloude Grande model is coming soon, along with a new USB cable (not the double collar, an even newest and more expensive one).

Are you using the Cloude Grande with all of your sources? Have you had the chance to compare it also with the Dream V18 UNI or Digital?

    TIA

    Re: Stealth Audio Dream 20-20

    hello Luca,

Initially i borrowed the Cu Grande and Silver Grande and use them to feed the conditioner. This made quite and impact more so then the dream 20-20. As I've already said above personally i would not recommend the silver grande version, unless your system is overly rich and warm, stick to copper version.

I did try the grande on my CH C1 dac/pre and it bettered the vertere hb that was there, so generally i was pleased with the grande on the C1 dac/pre.

As these things are rather expensive i only had one grande from the wall to my power strip, where the extra current and transparency greatly helped.

I was fortunate and two additional CU grande became available at demo prices, so i snapped them up !

Now I have 3 in total, one on my CH C1 and one on my Pink Faun server and one from the wall to the power strip.

As Australia has limited supply and only one interstate dealer it is very difficult to try the other models in the range.

Now you asking a very difficult question about the other models and what would work best and where. I strongly recommended asking your dealer or ideally borrowing a few different models to see which would work best and where.

I just don't have enough exposure to give you an answer I would be happy with.

All that i can say is that IÂ’m very pleased with CU grande and the places that i have applied them.

Your dealer has a fair point about the resell as he is likely to what the market place, if there is likely to an option for the universal Grande that can be applied to digital products - that would be something to try for sure.

I have tried to answer your question as best i could, but I feel inadequate because of my limited exposure to their product range.

    Cheers

    Happy to help!

The review I did on the Dream 20-20 last year was pretty eye-opening.

Of the all the dozens (maybe hundreds?) of cables I've heard over 40+ years, the STEALTH audio cables are simply the best I have ever heard at any price.

Keep going on with your videos, can’t wait to watch your review about the Puritan. I’ve bought my second one (one for digital sources and the second for amplification, that is on the front wall).

Will do. I am also filming a new video this week with several new STEALTH cables.

Puritan video is the third after the cable vid, then vid on vibration products, then Puritan.
