    According to Dodge....

The Challenger SRT® Hellcat can cover a quarter mile in 11.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 199 MPH.

Wow! Been a few cases in Germany too on some of the quieter roads. People taking advantage of the current situation.

correct, Dodges operative word is 'can', no doubt it has the HP to pull gears capable of 200 mph but if you wanna run low 10's to high 9's you're gonna need 4.10-4.33, perhaps even taller depending on the trans. The few guys I know with the car run low -mid 10's (slicks and adj shocks)

    Wow. I did once 190 mph in Warsaw in a friend's Audi R8 V10 (190 in 50 zone).

That was a dead end of a partialy opened freeway, with 3 lanes and zero traffic, so no police either.

I own a Challenger. When I heard this story my first thought was "Charger or Challenger?" The Scat Pack models can do 180 easily unless the rear end gearing has been changed to run quarter mile races.
