TIDAL constantly skipping song (s) in a playlist. ( Using an Aurender )

Then I tap a track in a playlist that skipped in the list starts playing immediately. Anyone else has this issue? Solutions? ( Songs on hard drive have no issue)

Is this a playlist you put together? I don't have but one custom playlist I made. I haven't noticed any issues with tracks being skipped. However, when I use the playlists that Tidal puts together for me or some of the ones they offer not all tracks will play when I tap them. So I wonder if maybe some of these tracks that wouldn't play for whatever reason may have gone into your lists.

I haven't been able to reason why these tracks don't play and it's not consistent, could be links to the tracks change and need updated., get updated, etc.

I noticed some of my saved tracks won't play. This was with the app on my phone so I'm thinking it's a Tidal issue where the link just don't work any more for whatever reason.

What you may have to do is search for the song again and add it back. I've had to do this with albums but don't have enough individual tracks to have noticed with them.

Sometimes Tidal will have an artist or label pull a song or album off of the service. I've had this happen to me. Sometimes you have to delete the song and re-load it onto your playlist if the track is still available.

I've had this occur with both Aurender and Lumin.

    Very frustrating.

Thank you, I totally understand what you guys talking about regards to deleted songs. In my case, after I click the skipped songs again then it plays. sigh
Now I am wondering if its a Tidal or Aurender itself.

sometimes in my favorite list I notice a few tracks are a little gray and if I add them to the queue the player skips them. I always assumed they were renegotiating or updating or something behind the scenes. It also won't play from my phone to my portable speaker on the golf cart so my unscientific take is that its a Tidal issue.

Tidal doesn’t have the license for those songs or it changes location on their end and can’t be found. Try reloading the song. If that doesn’t work, it’s a license issue and that can change even when you once could play the song and now can’t. That’s why it skips over them. I think having Qobuz is a good option because one may have a license where the other doesn’t. Just ran into this two nights ago myself.
