None. Your problem is probably related to your network or something else. Roon I have found to be buggy as hell, but the Aurender has been rock solid.
Probably not a network problem. As I mentioned before, I don’t do streaming on my N10, but only 16/44.1 ripped disks which are stored in the HDD of the Aurender which I’ve played many times since owning my N10 in February 2016. Furthermore, we regularly stream movies on the same network in our home theater system, some which are 4K HDR, and have had absolutely no dropouts in there; either audio or video. At this time, the dropouts in my stereo have stopped and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this is the end of it.

The dropouts have resumed.
Ari of Aurender sent me an RA# today and my N10 is off to Aurender now.
I am sure the problem will be resolved with the only negative factor being time away, and with that time passes all too quickly!

As the N10 does not seems to be resolved after so many months, I am loosing patience and wish to ask whether anyone has experience with using Roon as as a replacement to Aurender? Any ideas on hard ware hook,I have about 4- 5TB of high resolution music?

Aurender tried remote check my N10 and do not have any solutions. They are not helpful. They kept saying this is a unique problem but apparently it’s not? Maybe you can also write to Camille and mention the same issue. I still suspect it’s the hdd getting old.
Dear Fm540i, ThatÂ’s a great idea, I think eventually the hard disk will get tired and replacement is inevitable. I wish to replace mine, can you be kind enough to show me how best to go about doing it. If you think more appropriate, I can give you my email
Wow, sounds complicated. I will have my friend who’s a computer engineer to see whether he can do it locally!

The new update to the software coming very soon (next week) allows formatting of SSD’s. In the meantime, Aurender can do it for you remotely, just open a remote support ticket through the app. They did it for me last week. Remember to use Folder View at the top to confirm format.
That would be great news. Looking forward to giving it a try. I have another N10 to update.
