Sure looks the part doesn't it? I also wonder about the price and what tubes are employed? Different models for unbalanced and balanced operation is an eye opener. Just wish manufacturers would keep the loudspeaker terminals well clear of the power inlet and I don't grasp the following statement:

We believe that the Absolare Integrated Amplifier has the musical and emotional involvement of a tube amplifier with an inaudible sonic signature.

Absolare Passion Integrated Amplifier

The ultra high-end integrated with a unique performance and a more affordable price of USD 22,500 – within the light of the Absolare quality. A very sonically special integrated amplifier.

We have one of the Absolare integrated amps (red leather) in the studio available for demo. There is a $22.5K version and a $29,900 version with additionally selected premium components.

The preamp section uses two 12AU7's. The pre section is the same circuit as in the Absolare full $45K preamp. I have two NOS Cifte AU7's in our demo and it sounds sublime. With the 200 Watt SS output and the tube pre the Absolare integrated definitely has the flavor of both the Absolare SET and PP amps, even though it has a SS output.

Regarding the statement below Absolare just meant that the result of the amp is pure music and tube like listening involvement without an electronic sonic signature to the sound.

emotional involvement of a tube amplifier with an inaudible sonic signature.

We've recently exhibited the new Absolare integrated in Scandinavia partnered with a CH Precision front end and Kaiser Kawero speakers. I'm biased (of course) as distributor, but this amplifier is something very, very special. I haven't encountered anything like it. An amazing achievement.

I also like the look and would like to listen. Perhaps at the upcoming audio show in Melbourne?

The Power outlet does look a bit close.
