The speaker cables hanging off the back of S3...I know what they are....I didn't know you had them. They look very long, probably worth almost as much as the speakers.

The Softec finish options are:

Midnight Black (replaces M-Cast Black)
Graphite Grey (replaces M-Cast Pewter)
Ash Silver (replaces M-Cast Silver)
Copper (replaces M-Cast Bronze)
Cobalt Blue (replaces M-Cast Blue)

The High Gloss finish options are:

Piano Black (replaces M-Coat Black)
Titanium Grey (replaces M-Coat Silver)
Pearl White (replaces M-Coat White)
Corsa Red (replaces M-Coat Red)
Octane Orange (replaces M-Coat Orange)
Racer Blue (replaces M-Coat Blue)

For now, the other S-series speakers will still be available in M-Cast but now High Gloss instead of M-Coat. The new S3 and SSUB get the Softec and High Gloss options.

There are still differences between the new S3 and the M2, and some people tell me they do prefer the M2 after hearing both.

Our pair has now been playing for nearly 2 weeks. 24/7.

They are so so so enjoyable. A real slightly warm, very organic, natural sound.

As good as the previous iterations of the S3 were, these are clearly superior in every conceivable musical way.
