Anyone else experimented with swapping out fuses in their Ayre amps?

So far I've tried:

- HiFi Tuning Supreme in an AX-7e
- SR Quantum Black in an AX-5
- HiFi Tuning Supreme in MX-R Twenties

In both cases the HiFi Tuning fuses made a difference, but I didn't notice a difference with the SR Blue in the AX-5. Difference in the HiFi Tuning cases to my ear being what I'd characterize as a slightly sweeter/less fatiguing) quality to the sound with perhaps a bit more clarity/instrument separation. I'd definitely recommend the HiFi Tuning fuses, but can't recommend the SR.

If you want a fast, clearer, neutral sound, with no ending highs and total control in the bass zone, you should try Audiofidem.

If you want a more relaxed soiund, smooth yet plenty of detail and harmonics, the option is the AudioMagic.
