I listen many times with his pre grandioso C1 in a shop near my home.
I listen with Tad R1 and Rockport Cygnus
The sound is very very good,natural and with very good low frequencies
Seems different sound of Esoteric cd that are fast open and little cold.
The sound of these amp are warm,full body and little dark,not cold like the cd series,
In the high you don't lost any detail,but having strong bass and mid bass the sound seems little dark
But i always listen together with Grandioso preamp.

Very good. Typical Japanese gear - not offensive sounding in any way. Very much like Accuphase, but with balls. Smooth top end. Surprisingly good bass. Organic. Not sure why they don't get much more talk.
