I haven't heard as many tables as most of you but I've always been fond of Well-Tempered.

Second the LP12 , with that budget alot can be achived hot rodding one , as well as Sota , a Sota with airtangent linear tracking arm can be a serious table both can be had for well under 10K , if only new tables and a 10K budget , There's Oracle and Avid amd of course VPI who prolly sells more under 10K than most ...

Brinkmann Bardo?

How about the corky dorky table? The Merrill Williams.

Any ClearAudio tables?

well, I chose the Brinkmann Bardo in that price range ;) It looks like a piece of modern art and the machining/engineering is top notch.

The Palmer has always intrigued me at shows. Same with the Luxman 161 at a lower price point.
