Line Magnetic Analog sound 125 WE amplifier experience.

    Hello
I am new at this forum.
I want to buy a Line Magnetic 125WE amp based on 211 Tubes.
    Any experience with this amp?
    Thanks ahead.
I have the 518ia, how is compared to 845 tube base amp?
    Regards.
    Kende

I heard a Line Magnetic at a members house once. SET can be great. I am going SET myself. Just have to have the right speaker. Your talking 3.5 watts or so with a 211 tube. Horns????

Power via 10 awg Oyaide cable from panel to custom distribution strip feeding front end. Oyaide dedicated10 AWG branch circuits from panel to each amp. Inakustik speaker and interconnect cables, Genesis Interconnect.

    Hi Kingrex
    I have the LM 518ia amp, based on 845 tubes , 22watt /ch not 211 tubes.
I have the Coherent audio Gr10 speakers, full range with compression driver .Very good my end game speaker.
94 DB sensitivity . Canadian made but there 2 dealers in US. Worth the money. Has prat , coherent , neutral but on the warm side. No sub.
Pro Radian driver made in USA , modified by Coherent audio. No resistor to path down the compression driver to match the woofer.
Woofer has 1 inductor, compression driver has 1 capacitor optional bypass cap on it. You should check Atelier13Audio.USA or True Audiophile.USA
I changed the Mundorf caps to Jupiter caps , bypassed 2 of Duelund (1 silver , 1 tinned cooper )0.01 bypass caps. Big improvement.

Re: Line Magnetic Analog sound 125 WE amplifier experience.

I was thinking of a bypass in my PAP Trio 15 horn. I'm still waiting on my Audion Black Shadow 845 amps to arrive. I went set myself. Almost got the Whamerdyne 211 amp. Wanted more power.
