Dynavector P-75Mk4 on DV 20X2
Hello,
I have a phono preamp Dynavector p-75 and a catridge DV 20X2H, so I would kindly ask you to explain to me how to adjust the phono preamp for that catridge, step by step and what I need to adjust to get the best possible sound. Thank you, Ivan.

Re: Dynavector P-75Mk4 on DV 20X2
The Dynavector DV 20X2H is a high output moving coil, and as such it should be connected to a phono stage set to the Moving Magnet (MM) gain setting and impedance. You cannot use the Phono Enhancer (PE) mode that the P-75 offers which is only for low output MC cartridges. If you follow the instructions that come with the P-75 set the jumpers for an MM cartridge that should be the proper gain and impedance loading. Good luck and hope that helped.

I don't have your phono amp, but looking at the model before yours, and once you remove the cover there are slide switches you will need to adjust for your cartridge.
