Has anyone with the T2 + Denali v2 connected pair experimented with connecting an amp into the Denali vs T2?

in a lot of cases its just "talk". do you honestly think you can tell a difference in tube sound from 50hrs to 300hrs? i do not. thats my opinion, you can follow the manufactures suggestions all you want but the sound will not change for 50-75hrs...

i do not think break in is BS, tubes/caps/etc do not take 300hrs to break in, if you run a piece of gear non stop drawing current thru its devices it should take 50hrs if that, not 300hrs.

Just noticed on the LUMIN website that this has been archived/discontinued. I had sometimes considered getting one of these for one of my kid’s systems. Wonder what, if anything, will replace it? I’ve always thought that an all in one like this...

There is a standalone DAC, at a different price point. When you say K-03, from oldest to newest, there are: K-03, K-03X, K-03Xs, K-03XD. If you're buying a new unit, you don't want to get an old model. If you're buying a used unit, be careful...

Didn't the Ford Pinto have an issue of it kept blowing up in accidents due to where they put the gas tank?

That would be the N05-XD. N-01 is long discontinued, and it's replacement N-01XD is about $24K. N-01 has a better DAC in it that K03.

I said N01 but that looks to be a wrong model#, the network DAC I heard about was about $11k. I should have done my research before posting.

My opinion per my experience is AES/EBU cable sound signature presentation does evolve with hours of use. I perceived a change pretty early on, say 20 hour mark, but believe presentation continued to more subtibly evolve over several hundred hours....

Yes - I have had a C-02X in my system to demo and the combination sounded great. I am taking the leap of faith the C1X Solo will be similarly voiced.

I think that streaming with the Aries G2.1 to the Tambaqui is better than direct to the Tambaqui and using it as a Roon end point. Not much in it though. I have ethernet to the Aries, I don't find wifi superior. Currently using USB to Tambaqui, but...

I precondition all of the AES/EBU cables that I build for our customers before they leave here and they seem to appreciate the service. Same with S/PDIF (RCA or BNC), Analog IC's (RCA or XLR), Speaker Cables and Power Cables. So, my vote is Yes.
