Vicoustic Are In!!
I'm glad I took Jeff's advice and went with the Vicoustic Cinema Supreme, they're so much better than the panels I had in before(Acoustic Innovation).
Music are much more defined, as each instruments, bass, and vocals are a lot clearer.. As we all know, room treatment is such a critical must do to bring out the best of what your system can performed.. I'm a true believer of Vicoustic now!!

Re: Vicoustic Are In!!
Very nice Dewey. I like the clean look of your rack, and the entire room. Glad the panels are working out the way you planned.

Re: Vicoustic Are In!!
That is so cool...Tell me ..what do they do ? How do they change/enhance the sound ? Would something like that help something like this shape (see below) or is it for flat back wall? Congrats on it anyway !!!

Re: Vicoustic Are In!!
Rob.....The Cinema Round Premium panels are absorbers and have many applications with in a room. Its always good IMO to use absorbers or absorber/diffuser on the wall behind the speaker, your center images will be more coherent, vocals will not appear to bleed across the sound stage but more centered, also you'll get a sense of spaciousness between the performers. Another good place to use them are first reflection points and there easy to find with a mirror.

Re: Vicoustic Are In!!
Wow Dewey, nice set up! I have huge acoustical problems in my place. I'm not sure there is a place for wall treatment. I'll have to get some professional consulting someplace if it can be had for free. I would need any treatment to be fully portable because I'm in an apartment. Just getting a rug in here is proving to be a challenge. Where did you get those panels?

Re: Vicoustic Are In!!
I have Vicoustic Multifusor DC2 on my ceiling. They are great. Although gravity waves have been sucking them off the ceiling, and my Stewart Electriscreen got sucked off the ceiling also.
