    Dear Eugeniy,

I have had amps in the past where the transformer did hum. It was because I had DC on my line and that made the transformers hum and vibrate. The way to stop it is to use a DC filter like a PS Audio Humbuster III or an Emotiva CMX-2.

There are more sophisticated units but this will work.

Another thought is whether or not there are any dimmers on the same circuit.

Re: Accuphase E 550 buzzing noise.

When I had an E600 for demo, there was no noise.

My C3850 and A200 were dead silent as well.

Ok, Biggest thank's to all that answer, i try'd isolate a problem, turn off all my automatical switchers and leave only dedicated line for amp. Hum is there..

I dont think it's dc. Becouse i off all the ac lines in my home, except ac for amp.
