I'll probably tune in, but I'm not much of a football fan. I'm a hockey guy. But I guess Carolina?!?!?!?

I'm watching. I hope it's an exciting and close game, I'm in it for the pure entertainment factor.

    Re: Superbowl 50

Wife will be out of town on business. Will do a Texas "championship winner" chili recipe I picked up about 20 yrs ago - my SB chili every year. Heading over to a friend's house for a SB party.

Neither team is one of my favorites but it would be good to see Manning go out with a ring. If Denver defense does not hold, it's likely to be a blowout but I'm hopeful it's a tight game for at least 3Qs.

I've had the privilege to watch a number of SB commercials, so I'm not watching for that....

    Re: Superbowl 50

    Mark, Mike and Mike,

I too hope the game isn't a blowout. The Superbowl watchers deserve a good, close game with the best team coming out on top.

I agree with you Mike, the Denver defense will need to be in tip top condition to even attempt a slow down of that Carolina offense headed by Superman.

Hoping we don't see a similar Denver team that showed up to play the Seahawks last time they went....

I can't wait for the nonsense to be over and we are returned to our regular programming. How many "Best of SB Commercial" shows can they make? Now we have a compilation of half-time shows. Next year they will probably replay entire games.

I want to be in a coma until Monday.

    Re: Superbowl 50

I haven't watched a pro football game in over 20 years, not one. I don't have any interest in it at all. I get that there's lots of folks who are excited but I am not one of them. The only difference next Monday will be where the money is located.

I'm looking forward to the super high cameras. Eye Candy!
In the past they used eleven cameras, this year they will use over 100 high & super high def cameras for the playbacks.
That said, it would be great to Manning win his presumably last game.

    Re: Superbowl 50

My wife is a bigger Football fan than I am. I don't plan my days around games during the regular season. We were going to BBQ some Filets but were invited to a party pretty close to home so we decided to go.

The best part of the day-night are the commercials, but that's been on a decline the past few years. I may shoot myself if I encounter too many more Payton Manning Nationwide commercials, or more than 20 Omahas during the game. I don't really care about any of the halftime performers so will get a bite to eat then.

I don't care who wins, as long as I win at least one quarter in our work block pool. It's the only gambling of any kind I ever do.
